Mr. Glenn O'Gorman is a hard rock underground mining engineer who offers over 35 years of varied experience in operations, head office and consulting engineering. A graduate of Queen's University, Glenn began his career working at various underground mines in Canada, and has since expanded his range into Central and South America. In addition to his fluent English, Glenn has an intermediate to senior command of the French and Spanish languages and is a registered professional engineer in Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia.

Glenn’s initial experience was in base metal mining at Heath Steele Mines and Falconbridge Copper in Eastern Canada where he progressed through mining, maintenance and production engineering roles over a seven year period. Glenn subsequently moved to Toronto for ten years where he worked as a consulting engineer with James Wade Engineering and as Chief Engineer of Mines and ultimately Vice President of Engineering for Campbell Resources (one of the top 10 Canadian mining companies at that time). Mr. Peter Guichon received his CGA in British Columbia in 1983 and has been operating his own public practice preparing corporate financial statements and income tax returns, as well as preparing personal income tax returns.  He is knowledgeable about the Company and has served as corporate secretary for Shoreham Resources Ltd. from March 2002 until May 2005 and CFO from May 2005 until March 2006 prior to the company being relocated to Toronto

David Jenkins is a registered professional geologist with more than 30 years experience in the mining industry in both technical and senior managerial capacities. As a corporate officer he carried responsibility for aspects of operations at mines in Canada, Mexico, Nicaragua and Mongolia and has managed exploration programs leading to feasibility studies in Argentina and Canada. He demonstrated while operating in more than 20 countries an ability to negotiate and interact at the highest levels with corporations and government ministries. His commodity experience encompasses precious metals, base metals, uranium, coal, diamonds and several other industrial minerals. His consulting practice currently focuses on project analysis and evaluation and program audits.

Mr. Terence Schorn is an Accredited Gemologist, Professional Geoscientist, a graduate of Haileybury School of Mines; is a life member Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a member of the BC and Yukon Chamber of Mines. Having worked in the capacity as an Engineer, Manager, Superintendant and / or President of various uranium and precious mineral exploration and mining companies, Terrence has accumulated more than 45 years experience in Canada, Australia, the USA and Mexico.

Since 2001 Mr. Schorn has been the President and a Director of War Eagle Mining Company Inc. His professional associations include being a member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration Inc. and a Fellow with the Geological Association of Canada and the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Mr. Orr is a chartered accountant and has several years experience dealing with public company reporting and administrative requirements. Mr. Orr is currently a director of MegaWest Energy Corp., a company listed on the OTC Bulletin Board, a non-conventional oil company with emphasis on North American heavy oil projects. Additionally, Mr. Orr provides advisory services to a number of other reporting issuers and private companies.
