SHOREHAM ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF NI 43 101 REPORT FOR MARUDI PROPERTY IN GUYANA
LANGLEY, CANADA, December 7, 2009 - Shoreham Resources Ltd. (the "Company" or "Shoreham") (TSX-V: "SMH"), a Canadian exploration company dedicated to the exploration of advanced precious metal and polymetallic deposits in Guyana and Canada, is pleased to announce the completion and SEDAR filing of a technical report, compliant with the standards of NI 43-101, documenting the Marudi Mountain Project in Guyana.
This report addresses the geological setting, exploration and mining history, results from recent work, and a recommended work program. The work program is designed to prepare for an updated NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate contingent on the results of the proposed work program and in turn scoping studies which will consider historic work and results from newly defined gold exploration targets.
